1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) govern the legal relationship between GreenGro Plants s.r.o. (hereinafter: Provider) and the natural or legal person (hereinafter: Customer) making a purchase through the website greengroplants.com operated by the Provider.

By visiting the website and/or placing an order, the Customer accepts all provisions of these T&C. The T&C are permanently available at greengroplants.com/en/terms/.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website and apply exclusively to orders placed thereafter.

2. Service Provider Details

The Provider operates in accordance with applicable EU regulations, in particular EU Regulation 2019/1009 (plant nutrient products) and the relevant provisions of Slovak and European law.

3. Use of the Website

The website greengroplants.com and the content available on it (product descriptions, plant cultivation guides, glossary, images, texts) are provided for informational purposes only. The Provider strives for accuracy but accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions.

No registration is required to use the website. To place an order, the Customer must provide true and accurate personal data.

The Customer acknowledges that the products are offered exclusively for hobby gardening, hobby cannabis cultivation, and domestic plant care purposes, and are not intended for commercial resale.

4. Product Purchase

Products can be ordered through the webshop available at www.greengroplants.store. The payment terms and other related purchase conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy are available on the webshop website.

The Customer may submit complaints by email (info@greengroplants.com). The Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 days of receipt and respond in writing.

If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may contact the relevant consumer protection authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider accepts no liability for temporary unavailability of the website, technical errors, or damages arising from interruption of the internet connection.

Products must be used solely for the purpose stated on the packaging and in the cultivation guides, and in the recommended doses. The Provider accepts no liability for damages arising from improper use.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. The Provider accepts no responsibility for these.

6. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the website – including texts, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and all design elements related to the SHIVA product line – is the exclusive intellectual property of GreenGro Plants s.r.o. and is protected by copyright.

Commercial use, copying, distribution or modification of the content without prior written permission from the Provider is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by Slovak law (in accordance with the place of registration of GreenGro Plants s.r.o.) and applicable EU regulations. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes primarily through negotiated agreement.

If any provision of these T&C becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These T&C enter into force on 1 January 2026 and remain valid until revoked.
